Back in March when most of the world couldn’t leave their homes, I started offering 2 Hour Group Action Sessions at no cost. They were going very well, and I was getting great feedback, so I started offering them more often. I wanted to keep offering them for free, but I also had to pay for the expenses to provide them and pay my other living expenses. I put a donation link in my emails and on the Group Action Session site.
I was pleasantly surprised by the number of people who made donations. I am so grateful that I was able to keep offering the sessions at no cost. Not only was I able to help other people, I was also able to put my time and energy something other than all the craziness going on in the world. On behalf of myself and the thousands of people who I was able to support over the past few months THANK YOU to everybody who donated.
I am planning to keep offering the 2 hour sessions at no cost for the rest of the summer but I am also offering an additional low cost Group Action Day. The first Action Day took place yesterday and because it was so successful, I have scheduled another one for July 8th.
Here’s what people said about yesterday’s Group Action Day:
“Great day! So fun to get something done!! Thanks Tara”
“It really helped me not to focus on the negative, only on what the successes were!”
“I’m proud of myself for doing 4 action blasts and actually stayed focused enough to complete my 4 half hours of tasks done! I’m amazed!”
“This was great Tara! It helps me feel like I have permission to do my work”
“Thank you for providing such a wonderful venue to move forward on several fronts.”
“Amazing how helpful this is – the structure, encouragement and working along with other people”
“Very encouraging to see what other people got done! Feel like we’re somehow vicariously in this together!”
