As some background, I was approached in around 2007 by a co-worker who suggested I might get assessed because she felt I was struggling. It turned out she was probably ADHD/Autistic and her suggestion turned a lot of stuff around for me.
The colleague is also a boss and because of different circumstances has just reduced my hours to zero, so there’s a little awkwardness shall I say.
I know I’m not under any obligation to try to help, and that under the circumstances may be overstepping several boundaries.
That said, I wonder if anyone else in the forum has any suggestions, or experiences to share that may help me work out how to approach this (if at all).
