It was kind of interesting, it cited several studies and provided good information and toward the end, simple solutions for becoming more inclined to do what needs to be done, instead of making excuses. And the best part is that these solutions actually seemed ADHD-friendly, not like the usual “power through your desires and don’t give in to impulses.”
