Last week in a post made by /u/TastyDefinition8541 I got introduced with a habit tracker called Timecap. I thought I will give it a try, if it worked for her/him why not me.
I have to tell you, the last week has been one of the best weeks I have had in a long time. I have been in kind of depression for the last year, giving up on hygiene and my apartment, but I created habits for brushing & flossing, and cleaning up the apartment for 10 mins every evening and even only after a week I am feeling way better. My home is starting to look like a place human would live.
There is some magic in the fact that you get reminded to do something and following streaks which you don’t want to break. It makes you want to do more.
